Unable to start a party or accept invite to party (all open NATs)

To begin, I haven't started up my xbox one in 2 weeks because I was out of town. Prior to this break, I had absolutely no issues with joining parties, or creating my own and chatting with friends. I and all of the people I play with have open NATs. For some
reason, when I turned on my xbox one yesterday, I could no longer invite anyone to a party or accept anyone's invite to their party. It gives me the ability to click on "Invite to Party" (it's not greyed out) and it gives me the ability to click on "Accept
Invite", but the green box does never pops up at the bottom of my screen saying "invite sent" or "joined party". It goes on like nothing happened. My NAT is still open.

Just to add a little something extra, my xbox has been acting a little weird since I came back as well. When a friend sends me a text message on xbox live and I hold down the xbox button to view it, the window to shut down my xbox pops up as if there was
no message at the bottom of my screen telling me to hold down the xbox button to view the message. I can double click the xbox button and go through the menu on the left and view the message that way, but the system doesn't seem to recognize that a new message
has been received when I hold down the xbox button to go straight to viewing it.

Can't Start or Join Parties

so I was playing Xbox one and decided to start a party when I noticed that when I pressed "Start a party" literally nothing happens at all. My friend sent me a party invite and I held the middle button to accept it (like I usually do for all invites) and
it brought up the screen that says "Turn console off" and "Turn controller off". I checked my NAT Type multiple times to make sure it's on Open which it is and my internet works perfectly fine. I can still play multiplayer games.

 

Unable to accept or connect to any games or parties.

The past few days i have been unable to connect to any games or parties. I am unable to start parties or send invites. I don't have the option to send or join any games or parties. When i select party and the party app snaps onto the screen, it sits on the
"start a party to chat online" page and the option of "start a party" has a circle revolving as if it's loading. My friends will send me game invites and party invites and i accept them but it won't bring me to the game or party. I have tried almost everything
and am unsure how to resolve this issue. My NAT is open, i have done all the troubleshoot solutions on the support page. I've checked my connections, everything is fine, I have restarted my xbox multiple times and i have reset my router. Like i said, this
has been going on for the past few days and prior to it, my xbox and xbox live had been working great with no problems. If anyone could give me a hand and help me figure out what is wrong, that would be much appreciated. Thank you.
