Unable to sing in

I gave a look to your video, but it is not clear what kind of issue you have. The language of the video is maybe in Greek. No error message.
Have you tried to sign in from other device? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app?

I was signed in for about the past 80 minutes or so and I can report that Xbox Live is back to normal for me. You should be able to sign in very shortly.
