    Unable To Sign Xbox Ambassador Pledge


    Hello,

    I am trying to join the ambassador program. I tried to sign the pledge, but I kept getting an error. The site tells you to submit a big, but you can't submit a bug without first signing the pledge. I did get an email that said I was accepted, but when I
    try to look at the pieces online, I am unable to.

    I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have the same error on both Chrome and Edge. Any additional things I should try?

    There are known issues with the site currently. Staff will not be back until tomorrow at 9am PT. If you're still having issues with it after that, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after. Otherwise, if you can, check the very bottom of the site for a link to report a bug or email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your tag, type it in exactly as seen (ie. capitalization), try clearing your browser's cookies/cache, or try another browser. If none of that works, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces)
    to contact Ambassador staff.
