Unable to sign up

Discus and support Unable to sign up in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I've spoke to the Twitter tram and they told me to post here, Ive tried signing up to Xbox live rewards but it keeps telling me I need Xbox live gold...     I've spoke to the Twitter tram and they told me to post here, Ive tried signing up to Xbox live rewards but it keeps telling me I need Xbox live gold which I already have and it doesn't let me sign In on the website when I click sign in it takes me to the
    page where I have to agree to the terms then tells me I need Xbox live gold again, I've tried doing it on my phone and tablet using chrome and on my Xbox one using internet explorer but still having no luck with signing up

    Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

    When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

    As stated on our sign up confirmation page, and the FAQ for this offer itself, it can take up to 48 hours to process your registration into the Rewards program:

    ...If you are not currently an Xbox Live Rewards member and wish to participate in the Play-A-Thon, you must join Xbox Live Rewards FIRST and wait for us to activate your membership (normally within 48 hours or 2 days) BEFORE you can start participating
