    Unable to sign up for Xbox game pass


    Hi I have been trying to sign up for a games pass on my windows PC but have been having issues. Firatly signing up in a browser does not work. When I select any pof the subscription plans it starts loading and never stops. Then I tried to sign up through
    the beta app and it tell me that I need to add a United States address. I live in South Africa and my Microsoft account regions are all set to South Africa (Including in windows). I have tried to find a way to fix this for hours but it always says my account
    name followed by (United States) and I really dont understand why or how to fix this.

    If you have already ensured that all regions match when it comes to your Microsoft and Xbox

    Error 0x80070780

    Having the same issue. Attempting to install games with the new Xbox Game Pass for PC (notably Metro Exodus and Wolfenstein II) will result in an error (0x80070780). I have no idea what to do. It's very frustrating
    as I only signed up for game pass to play Metro, and I am currently unable to do so.

    I've actually tried this on a number of computers, my Surface RT, and my Windows Phone 8. I get the same result. I also tried what you suggested, and I still get the issue. This happens on Firefox, Chrome, and IE. Is this not available in Canada or something?
