Unable to Sign into Xbox Live on Console After Update

Hello everyone,

I recently encountered an issue where I cannot sign into Xbox Live on my console after performing the latest system update. I've verified my internet connection is stable and even restarted my router multiple times, but the problem persists.

I've also tried power cycling the console and even attempted a soft reset. Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked for me. It would be great to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue or if someone has found a workaround.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues logging in to your Xbox after a system update. To make sure that there's no know issues issues in your area, please check the Xbox status using this link:

https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

If everything is up and running, I would recommend that you try a different internet connection such as your smartphone's data as a mobile hotspot then connect your Xbox to it and try to sign in. This is for us to validate that what you're experiencing is not related to your internet service provider.

In order to proceed with connecting to Xbox LIVE and using Xbox LIVE services your console must be updated otherwise, you will be signed out and unable to access Xbox LIVE features. When you sign in you should be prompted to update, you will need to accept
the update if you wish to continue using Xbox LIVE services.

I'm either unable to sign in, update required but not available or I can sign in but get the 8015000a code and unable to access anything. This is unacceptable,. I just renewed my Live subscription after a 6 month hiatus and will be canceling it for good
as this is no use at all to me.

I can't even sign into xbox live on hughes net...When I turn my console on, it says that an update is required to sign in to xbox live, but it's currently unavailable...I installed the update via flash drive after downloading it on my computer, so I know
that the update stuck, but I can't sign in to xbox live at all...I can download updates and everything else, just can't sign in...so GAY!!!!
