Unable to sign into xbox.com

Whenever i click the sign in button it just redirects me to this support page:

I've tried to clear my cache and cookie history, reload my computer and it still redirects me to that page.

I'm not a part of any Microsoft family so I have no idea why this is happening.

The solutions from https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...n-issues/a7919528-a566-4cda-b0cc-4329324ea0d5 do not work at all, and even one of the moderators suggest signing into the xbox.com website even though the thread was about not being able to sign in into xbox.com???

I have checked on family.microsoft.com and I'm not a part of any family. I don't have an xbox and I just use this account for Minecraft.

I'm also unable to edit my xbox settings from the microsoft page, as it redirects me to the support page again.

Also just found out that I am unable to sign out on Xbox.com. This is confusing.

I have tried this on different browsers but have not tried on any other account as I only have one. There are times when I can sign in, but it takes me to the enforcement page, where when I leave signs me back out.

xbox.com/status shows issues with sign in services on xbox one.

Problem is that it won't even sign in locally so i'm unable to play offline!!
