If you have more than one Xbox profile, you can switch between profiles by following a few simple steps. If you can't remember the account information you need to sign in to your Xbox profile, see the

Switch your profile on Xbox One

If you have more than one profile saved to your Xbox One console, you can switch between profiles from the Home screen:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select the profile that you want to switch to.
3. Select Sign in.

1. If necessary, enter the password to sign in to the Microsoft account for the new profile.

Switch your profile on Xbox 360

1. On your Xbox 360 console, go to social, and then select
   Sign In or Out.

2. Select Continue, and then sign in to the Microsoft account for the new profile.

You can
change your gamertag on your 360 and you can
change your gamertag on your Xbox One. Those are currently your only options.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are unable to create an account on the Xbox One because the captcha is not allowing you to progress past it. You can create the account on the
Xbox website and download it to the Xbox One instead of creating it on the Xbox One. All you have to do is click the sign in button on the website. Once the website asks you for your Microsoft
account, you can select to create a new one. The creation of an account on the Xbox website will automatically assign a gamertag to the account. You can choose to

change the gamertag for free since it is the account's first gamertag change. Any gamertag changes after the first one will require you to pay a fee. After you have created the account on the Xbox website, go ahead and

download it to your Xbox One using the email address and password that you utilize for the account. Be sure to let us know the results!

As said above, you can change your gamertag for $10.

If after the 360 marketplace shuts down and you want to change your gamertag, you can do so either on an Xbox One, or through the website. Change Xbox live gamertag

Anything purchased from the 360 marketplace prior to its shutdown remains yours as you purchased it.
