Unable to sign into supervised account on Youtube account for the XBox Series X

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community. I'm sorry that you're having problems signing into YouTube app on your Xbox console.

In this case, please give this workaround a try and see if it helps.

1. Uninstall the app and shut down your Xbox console. Then, leave the power cord unplugged for 15 seconds.
   
2. Turn it back on and reinstall the app. Then try signing in again.

Do you have another Xbox console set as your home console in your account?

Please, try these steps:

1. Sign out of your account on your Xbox Series X.

2. Go to the Microsoft account website and sign in with your account credentials.

3. Under the "Devices" tab, locate your Xbox Series X and click on "Manage".

4. Click on "Remove console" to remove your Xbox Series X from the list of devices associated with your account.

5. On your Xbox Series X, sign into your account again and try setting it as the home Xbox.

I've tried this now, but adding more accounts to the Series X does not help (the same as having guest-accounts signed in). Xbox 360 games do not appear to see these users and I'm unable to select them when adding players to 360-games.

So it appears I need a different solution. :/

Thank you for your contribution to the Microsoft community.

If you have factory reset your Xbox One, it will also reset your Xbox Series X. To fix this, you will need to sign in to your Xbox account on your Series X.



Here are the steps to sign into your Xbox account on your Series X:



1. Turn on your Xbox Series X.

2. On the sign-in screen, select "Add new".

3. Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the sign-in process.



Once you have signed into your Xbox account, you should be able to access your games and other content that you had on your Xbox One.
