Unable to sign into profile after starting the console up

After booting the console up and attempting to sign into my profile, I constantly get the error code 0x80a30204, stating that there is a problem signing into my profile. Doing a hard reset of the console fixes the problem temporarily, but I get the issue
again after powering off the console and powering it back on. I'm sick of having to power cycle my console every time I want to play a game. Is there a permanent way to fix this error?

Troubleshooting

Upon starting my 360, I select my account to sign in to. After a few moments, an alert pops up saying "Disconnected from Xbox Live". A few short monets later, sign-in fails and I recieve an error message with no error code which states that the system is
unable to connect to Xbox Live on this console, and to download it again to fix it. What steps do I need to take, because I cannot even sign into my profile to play OFFLINE let alone ONline. Thank you.

Cant download my profile

starting almost a week ago I was unable to sign into my Live account after many many phone calls to Microsoft support they had me troubleshoot many different methods the last one being deleting my profile since this I have been unable to redownload it can
anyone help it continuously gives me a message that Xbox Live profiles cannot be downloaded right now try again later 8007007A

Hi there,

Since this seems to be a profile error, I would suggest removing your profile from the Xbox and re-downloading it. This should refresh the profile on the console, and hopefully, allow you to sign in without errors.

To remove your Gamertag from your console, follow this support article:

When I get the vulture error all profiles on the console are unable to sign in. And the currently signed in profile is offline.

please fix that huge mistake.

I am having the same issue being unable to slice start button after choosing my profile. It started too after Xbox update.

I starting getting the same error message when trying to do stuff like make the password required when signing into other consoles. I was even able to change my password, yet I couldn't sign into Messenger or change Password at sign-in options because it
would tell me the it was the wrong password. The steps provided above fixed the problem although my background is gone and my avatar is no longer wearing his Halo helmet.

One addition to the instructions above: if you are unable to delete your profile as I was, try restarting your console. I thought some files might still be in use even after signing out so I set my profile to not automatically sign in, then restarted the
console. I was then able to delete the profile (only) and continue with the cache clearing.

Disabling the profile from "auto sign in" also works.

Just sign-in after the game starts..

auto sign-in is under profile>sign-in preferences
