Unable to sign into my Xbox

I am unable to login to my Xbox account for quite some time. When ever I tried to login it is showing me Access denied. It takes me to "fix problems signing in to the xbox app - Bing:"5cbba88d-b9f1-43ef-b454-44a8aef6778d"
lang:"en-us"&form=S00028"

I tried to solutions in "https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12429/microsoft-account-sign-in-cant"

I contacted Microsoft, they told me to contact you as you maybe able to help me better. I am able to login to my account from the browser or other apps without any problem. Please advice me what to do.

Error code

I'm unable to sign into my xbox 360 after getting this code: 80154005

 

whenever i load a game it immediately disconnects me from xbox live.

whats more, i can't even sign into a profile. i will test my network, it will connect to xbox live, then i will try and sign into my Live profile and it will say "unable to connect to xbox live"
