Unable to sign into my account

I am putting in the password, and it won't sign me in. I'm connected to the internet have reset everything and just keep getting error code 0x80070102. Not sure if there is anything else I can do?

I can sign into the smartglass app just fine.

I had the same problem but on xbox one so in case your still waiting for a answer, you will never get one

I dont know if its a touchy question or something but the last account I had did the same thing and it got banned when I asked how to fix it

My advise is forget about it

Unless xbox lowers its security regular people wont be able to get into their accounts

But hackers can do it easily because they can get around the security

In otherwords xbox having such high security really messes with the people using it

It does quite the opposite of what it should and when someone admits that they either get banned or yelled at

In truth if they simply took off the secondary things and just had email and password and didn't need recovery because you at least get the email right, then it would work better because you could fix problems with accounts as soon as they start

I just assume either they dont understand that or they just dont believe that would help

Ironicly though, you have less people get hacked and more just forgetting stuff for their account

I personally just think that considering that fact, all in all they increased the number of people losing their accounts and the number of those hacked

If they ever wanted to fix it they could but they never have and sadly they probably never will

So just do what I do, either get a new account or go to pc/ ps4/3

Noone can change anything but it should still be told to you that you cant fix it

You should just mark that as your answer because thats all you will get for the subject and no admin or member of microsoft can deny it

 

Try removing you profile from the console then adding it back. Let us know. Good Luck!

 

I can't remove the profile without signing in with my password on the xbox one. How else would I do that?
