Unable to sign into minecraft account and windows store after Windows 11 Forced Update

For the Minecraft sign-in issue, try resetting the Microsoft Store cache. Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe and hit Enter. Restart the device, then sign out and sign in from Microsoft Store and reinstall the Minecraft app. You might also want to check Having Trouble Accessing Your Minecraft Account? – Home.

Regarding the error code, it means that there might be a problem with the Xbox Live service, or that there’s an issue with the item you’re trying to launch. At this point, please give this workaround a try and see if it helps. Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-options. Then, select Privacy and uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart." Then, Restart your device. Otherwise, check the Xbox status. If you see any services with alerts, expand the service, scroll down to Notifications, and sign in to receive a message when the service is up and running again. Sign in the Microsoft Store with the old account. Then, install "Minecraft for Windows 10", it should be free. After that, sign out your old account from the Microsoft Store. Open up "Minecraft for Windows 10", then sign in with your new account. You will
get updates for free if you do the following. I hope this helps.

Try this to fix the deep ocean error:
First uninstall the current minecraft launcher.

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update
Click Check for Updates

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too. (Click on get updates)

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your account and install minecraft launcher using the Xbox app, not the Microsoft store

If that doesn't work try to download and install the Launcher marked as Windows 7/8 from this page - https://minecraft.net/download (if you play only Java. If not, the launcher for Windows 10/11)

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Finally do this:

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with the account thar you used to migrate the account, install minecraft launcher and try again

If you open the store the installation doesn’t continue or what happens exactly?
From where did you downloaded the launcher?
Using the Xbox app, the Microsoft store or Minecraft.net?
