Unable to sign into enforcement.xbox.com

My son received a permanent ban and wants to file for a review. However, we are unable to sign into the enforcement.xbox.com site in order to file for a review. I have no problem signing into this site under my own account, but we can't under his suspended
account. And this must be done under his account for the review according to the info provided us.

Any help would be appreciated.

What kind of error are you getting when you attempt to sign in to the Enforcement webpage with the suspended account?

If it's password-related, you should still be able to reset the password from the Microsoft "Sign-in" screen.

We are not getting a error message. It simply kicks me back to the home page and then does not allow me to click the sign in button again. This only happens when trying to login on the suspended account. It works fine when we try one of our other accounts.

That's peculiar. Accounts with suspensions should still be able to log in to Enforcement.

Maybe it could possibly be a browser error. What happens if you clear your cache/cookies? Have you also tried a web browser on a different device, like another computer, your smartphone, etc?

That's peculiar. Accounts with suspensions should still be able to log in to Enforcement.

Maybe it could possibly be a browser error. What happens if you clear your cache/cookies? Have you also tried a web browser on a different device, like another computer, your smartphone, etc?

I have had this same problem for 3 days now, I have been trying to login, page refreshes basically, back at square 1. I have reset browsing data. Nothing. This is really frustrating that this company cannot take care of this. Please fix this soon.
