Unable to sign into any accounts on windows

I am unable to sign into any accounts on windows, my accounts are fine and i am still able to sign into them on online sites, but on windows, i am having issues, i get the error codes 0x80048504 and 0x8060010 depending on where i sign in at, i have tried restarting my pc and other things but nothing has worked so far.

I understand that you're having trouble signing in to your account. Let's try some steps that might help. Kindly check if you have any pending updates. If there's nothing pending, delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then try signing in to your account again.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. If you are unable to see the pack, make sure you signed in with the same account on your mobile when you purchased this. Sounds like you were signed into a different account on the mobile then what is actually
the account for Microsoft.
