Unable to sign into account receive error 0x90070490

Hi, hopefully someone can help, I am unable to sign in on my Xbox one. I am unable to bring up the home menu, whenever I try to sign in by pressing the home button I receive the error 0x90070490.

I have followed the powering off instructions and this has not fixed the problem, I have also checked Xbox live and my internet and everything is working as it should.

I was playing the Xbox earlier today, I turned it off for an hour came back and then started to receive this error. Please help

I cants sign into my accounts

I can't sign into my accounts on xbox. It gives me an error code that doesn't exist ''0x90070490''

Hi,

Do you receive any specific error code/message when trying to sign in? If this error only occurs with one account on your PC, you should be able to resolve this by resetting the account on your system.
