    unable to sign in

    I haven't signed into my XBOX 360 in a couple months. I tried to log onto my XBOX live account via my computer yesterday and it did not recognize my password. I thought I forgot it, so I reset it using my email address. When I logged in using my email and
    new password, it took me to an different account with the title "". Today I tried to log into my XBOX and it gave me the error code 8015D002 "account does not exist". I tried every password I could think of. cleared the cache, reset my password
    on my microsoft account from my computer, rebooted my XBOX. No help. My gamertag is LeadSister and I can't figure out what's happened. I've had this gamertag/account for several years. Never had this happen before. Any suggestions?
