    Unable to sign in


    After updating my xbox one i wasn't able to sign into my account . It keeps saying "Try again. There was a problem signing in, but it should work if you try again. (0x80a30204)."

    Why am I not able to sign in??

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything and let it sit for 5 minutes?

    See if you can sign in after that.
