    Hello,

    I'm having a problem using the Xbox (beta) app, to sign in with my account. It used to work perfectly.

    Signing in still works on my Xbox console, mobile phone (Xbox game pass app). Tried on another computer, worked there as well.

    Opening the settings - account shows me the green sign in button. Clicking it gives me the "Lets get you signed in" dialogue window. I can then choose my current (correct) account. Then I end up with a window showing me my correct account, including gamertag
    and profile pic and a nice green "Lets play" button. Clicking it then puts me right back at the beginning again...

    Have tried resetting the app, reset and remove all settings, and uninstalled/reinstalled. No difference.

    Any ideas?

    you must be signed in into your account on the console

    Hi, I am unable to sign in from my computer on the Xbox One console. I have to disconnect my controller, walk downstairs and connect it to the xbox, sign in, come back upstairs and use the app. I've tried deleting the directory and downloading the beta app
    today. The beta app gives the same message. I get the message on all 3 of my windows 10 computers.

    Hi MikaelMalmen, one thing. Have you recently changed your email adress ? It can be a part of the problem. If yes, trt to put the older
    one as primary adress (thanks to Apollo9602 who had the same problem as you and found a solution and give it on another thread).
