    Unable to sign in with a Microsoft account in the Xbox app on Windows 11 ARM


    When trying to open the Xbox app, I can sign in with a store account, but not a Microsoft account. Choosing to sign in with one does nothing every time and I am unable to download games that I've bought.

    I'm currently running Windows 11 for ARM on a VM through my MacBook and would like to re-download Forza Horizon 3, of which should be compatible, but I can only download it through the Xbox app as it doesn't show up in the store app anymore.

    I've already checked for updates from both the ms store and settings for a Windows update. Everything is fully up to date as of right now.

    Hello Georges, thank you for replying to my question. Yes I have Windows 11 version 21H2. I unfortunately can't download the Xbox companion app due to the problem of being unable to sign into a Microsoft account on my computer. I am able to sign into my Microsoft account on the Xbox and Microsoft website its just the apps I have trouble signing in to.

    I've tried a new VM, I could only download a Windows 11 ARM VHDX.

    So I tried to downgrade it to Windows 10 just after installation but it failed.

    So I will wait a patch of the Xbox app for Windows 11 ARM.
