    Unable to Sign In to Xbox Live


    I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I have been experiencing for the past few weeks. I have been trying to log in to Xbox Live, but I consistently encounter an error message stating, "We couldn't sign you into Xbox Live. Sorry, something went wrong. Try again in a while. (0x80004005)."

    I have tried multiple times over several weeks, but the issue persists. I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.

    Any guidance or steps to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

    whenever i load a game it immediately disconnects me from xbox live.

    whats more, i can't even sign into a profile. i will test my network, it will connect to xbox live, then i will try and sign into my Live profile and it will say "unable to connect to xbox live"

    There was an outage earlier where gamers was unable to sign in to Xbox Live. You might still be affected by this.
