Unable to Sign In to Xbox Live

am unable to sign in to Xbox Live and have uodated payment information. I dont understand why my account is unable to be logged into. The message shown is what continues to pop up when I try logging in. I’ve alrrady restarted the Xbox multiple times, turned
it off for a while and cut it back on, I am at a loss as to what I should do.

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

Unable to sign in to Xbox Live

Hello, my son bought Ark survival Evolved and he is getting the message he can not connect to Xbox Live. I do have an account but not a Xbox, could someone tell me what i need to do?? When i check the setting it's telling me i am connected??

Is it possible this game will not work without the actual Xbox?? We are using a PC with Windows 10

There was a service issue which has since been resolved. You should be able to log in now.

whats more, i can't even sign into a profile. i will test my network, it will connect to xbox live, then i will try and sign into my Live profile and it will say "unable to connect to xbox live"

I'm unable to sign in or download profile 6pm PST I was at the tower in Destiny. and signed out of Xbox live appeared on screen .

There was an outage earlier where gamers was unable to sign in to Xbox Live. You might still be affected by this.
