Unable to sign in to Xbox Live: Sign in: 0x800488FC

I have tried logging in to both of my Xboxes (Xbox One S and Xbox One S). I keep getting this message:

We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x800488FC

I have tried the troubleshooting steps. My internet connection is fine. I have tried holding down the power button and doing the soft reset. I am able to login to my Xbox account on the computer and can see that my payment details are fine.

when I try to sign in to Xbox live to play games, I receive the following:

Unable to locate what is causing this error. The code doesn’t seem to be listed

 

There is currently an issue affecting the ability to log in. Xbox is aware of the issue. Xbox Support on Twitter

 

I was not able to log in after resetting or turning off console.

 

why can I not sign in my xbox one get code 0x800488FC and statement to try again in a few minutes

 

Does anybody know when this will be fixed?

This issue should have been resolved around 11:15PM EST. If you're still experiencing any issue after that try a hard reset on your system, that should clear it up.

 

This didnt work I am scared somthing happend to my account

 

Some people are succesfully logging in and accessing cloud saves now.. albeit slowly by what feedback I am recieving from The Neverwinter Game community at least. Try and be patient.. If you havent hard reset and power cycled your console yet, you can try
that as it is helping some people connect now.

Theres are still issues showing on some devices with purchasing, but most looks to be clear now.
