Can you try removing your account from the Xbox, doing a full power cycle, and then re-adding the account to see if that resolves the issue.

That's a standard support response and it doesn't help. The problem is global for Ukraine. Furthermore, after account was removed i'm not able to restore it, so no sense in doing that.
