unable to sign in to xbox insiders hub

hey when i tried to sign in onto the xbox insiders hub it gave me an error code sayin http call. http code : unauthorized

what do i do

Insiders hub

Unfortunately your enforcement history cannot be erased and one of the prerequisites to join the Insider program is a clean enforcement history.

If I'm not mistaken, you may have to wait 12 months from the date of an action to join preview.

hi there I contacted Xbox support as I wanted to use the Xbox insiders hub but my frieand got angry and asked his frieands to spam the report button this is the second time he did it I wanted to use the insiders hub to play the minecraft bata but I can't
becouse of this I contacted Xbox support and then they said to come here and gave me this code 1397142090

there people from the Xbox Insider program will be able to advise and or assist.

You can also go there by using the Xbox Insider Menu near the top of the page

Side note: This specific error usually fixes itself by waiting a while (a day) and then trying again.

How are you in the insider program at all without the hub? You signed up got on the insider track and then deleted the hub?

hi, guys! I signed up in flight simulator insider, I got the xbox insider hub on my windows PC I loaded up xbox insider hub, I went to insider content, I didn't see flight simulator 2020, I just saw Minecraft. Any ideas? Thanks!

Sign in on any Xbox One console or Windows 10 PC with your Microsoft account registered in the Xbox Insider Program.

Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.

In the Xbox Insider Hub, navigate to Settings > Manage devices.

Select the console(s) or device(s) you wish to remove from the Xbox Insider Program, then select Done.
