unable to sign in to xbox 1

Hi there, I am unable to sign in to my xbox 1 with xbox live . I keep getting the error code 0x87DD0004. I have tried rebooting it but still the same. It has been working fine since i got xbox live a couple of weeks ago. It has been a few days now
and i know friends in the area who are not having problems. I would appreciate some help. Thanks

Hello Microsoft community experts!! I am unable to sign-in to my Xbox account. I play Asphalt 9 on windows 10 and for the past 1 week, I am unable to login to Xbox. What are the possible fixes I can make?

I can sign into my Xbox one account but I cannot sign into my Xbox 360 account what’s the problem with that it’s just to clarify something but every time I do that it doesn’t let me in just kicked me out

I tried an app password again today and this time it worked. I'm not sure what was different but I can at least play games now. Thanks.

Please, try doing these steps:

Remove the other account:

Settings > Account > Remove Accounts

Press the XBOX and select:

Profile > Add > Add new > Log back in.

Then, go to Settings > Account > Sign-in, > Security > Change my sign-in > Disable Password requirements to sign in.
