in order to further limit the cause, the question now arises: "Is it a game pass or an XBOX error" so "Does any gamepass game work and please also test a game that you received with gold e.g. Forza Motorsport 6.

The game will download and boot, but once the prompt to log into Xbox Live pops up, it results in the same error.

So the Teredo-IPsec-Connection works but you can not login? Hmmm what happen if you try to start the game via the STORE App?

Yes. Even though my NAT seems to change almost every time I run the test, teredo seems to work most of the time. I've also realized that there's an issue with Gears 5 specifically downloading. I was able to download other pc game pass titles. After starting
the game from the store app, I get the same screen to login and the same error as the Xbox beta/console companion apps.

Thanks for the update on the issue. We recommend trying a
clean boot on the PC. Can also try the suggestions on this
site for the server connection blocked.

Try these and let us know.

Getting the same result after performing a clean boot, and after trying the server connection blocked suggestions.

Green light on all bullet points except for the last. Server connection is blocked on Windows 10. I just went through all troubleshooting steps with no luck. Still blocked.
