Unable to sign in to other accounts on Xbox One after new update

Hi

I just updated my Xbox One and now it doesn't let me sign in to any other accounts except the original. It always says that no one is signed in and as it doesn't let anyone sign in we can't play multiplayer on any of my games. Any help would be good.

Profile is working on seperate Xbox

So the error I got on my day one edition is the 0x8004883 message and can't sign onto my live account. So on my other Xbox one (in the same house, same connection) I retrieved my account and it's working no problem. Why is my other Xbox unable to sign
my account in?

 

Unable to sign into my account for several days!!

I have been unable to sign into my Xbox live account for a whole week! Every time I try I get error code 0x800704cf. When I connect my Xbox One directly to my modem I can sign in. But when its connected to the router via wifi or ethernet, I get an internet
signal but am unable to sign in even after hard resetting multiple times. This occurred only after downloading the most recent Preview Program update so be warned! I've done all basic troubleshooting I REALLY NEED HELP!!!

 

Hey there. I would first fully reboot the console by opening the guide, going down to the Settings tab, then Restart console.

If that doesn't help, next go to Turn off console instead, then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

If that still doesn't help, I would try removing and redownloading the profiles you're having trouble with. You can do this by going to All Settings, Accounts, Remove account and selecting one of the accounts you're having trouble with. After that, open
the guide, then go up, then left to Add & Manage and sign in with the Microsoft account for that profile. If it works, repeat that for the rest, and if not, please post here for more suggestions.
