Unable to sign in to Minecraft Launcher with Microsoft Account

Since 26th August, I'm having issues logging in to my migrated Minecraft: Java Edition account using my Microsoft account.

When opening the Minecraft Launcher, I was asked to migrate my Mojang account to a Microsoft account.
I did so, and then went back to the launcher (I had the launcher open while migrating.)
After I migrated, I tried to add my Microsoft account, but it didn't work as I was logged in with my Mojang account.
After a few seconds, I was automatically logged out.
I tried to log in using the Mojang account option, but the login failed and a popup message told me to log in using the Microsoft account option if I had migrated.
I tried doing so, but I was never able to log in through my Microsoft account.
Each time I tried, I received a popup message: Something went wrong in the login process. If the problem persists, please check your internet connection.
My internet connection was stable and fine, without any issues.
I tried again after reinstalling the launcher, and it did not work. I tried again after about 2 hours, and it still did not work. I tried yet again, about 10 minutes before submitting this form, and it still didn't work.

This issue occurs only in the launcher, I am able to log in through my Microsoft Account on the Minecraft website.

I have provided a screenshot of the error popup in case it is needed.

Edit: I have already tried reinstalling Minecraft, and restarting my router.

Already did. They told me to restart my router, and I did that. Still same issue.

It's not in the migration instructions, but after the migration, you have to ADD a NEW account, and link it to your Microsoft account. Startup will take longer, but it sure works.

So basically, I should add a new Microsoft Account in the launcher, while being logged in through another account?

Problem is, I'm already logged out, and I even tried logging in through my friend's Microsoft account, even that shows the same error.

That's strange. I'm surprised why it hasn't worked. You will need to reach out to Minecraft support so they can take a look and assist you better
