    Unable to sign in on Xbox app


    Ive had this problem for a few days now, unable to play any games - running off gamepass ultimate so I'm loosing money. I am unable to sign in on the xbox app, when I click the "sign in" button the app flashes black like once then the button never works after that. I had ZERO problems like a week before but it started when I signed in with my EA account to get access to BF2042, after I was done playing, all my Xbox games were gone and replaced with my EA games. The sign in button didn't work, I tried reinstalling, I unlinked my ea from my xbox, I made sure that xbox services were running. Nothing.

    This is extremely frustrating.

    Cannot sign in to Xbox App

    In the xbox app, anytime I try to sign in to xbox live, the app does nothing. I am unable to sign in to the xbox app. I know my MS acct credentials and I'm logged into the MS Store.

    Hello are you using the regular xbox app? Or the Xbox beta app? Those are the only 2 active at the moment.

    The same issue is still there after completing all the mentioned steps.

    The Xbox App does not sign me into my Xbox account, it recognizes my Microsoft Account, but not my Xbox account.

    When I click on any sign-in button on the app, the entire UI disappears and then I get sent back to the same page I was in before.

    I am unable to use my game pass subscription because of this issue.

    I am currently using a local account.

    Yes, I have tried changing my Microsoft Account, however, I cannot enter the Xbox login page as it kicks me out of it, no error code or anything.

    Nope, that still hasn't worked out for me.

    You know, I still think this issue has something to do with the error I got with installing Xbox from the WS, maybe if I can install Xbox through something like, I dunno, the command prompt, then that issue will disappear?
