Unable to sign in on both XBox app and Minecraft launcher.

The reason why you can't sign in to Minecraft Launcher because you must be signed in to the Xbox app first. Since you're getting an issue signing in to the Xbox app, let's try to repair and reset the app.

Please do it both on Microsoft Store and Xbox app. You may first try repairing the Xbox app and see if that fixes the issue, if not, try to reset Microsoft Store and Xbox app.

If same issue, let's reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:
Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device.

Since you were able to check both Launcher and uninstall, reinstall the app multiple times. Kindly sign out on Xbox App, Microsoft Store App, and Minecraft Launcher then restart your PC before signing back in.

On your launcher, make sure to use "Microsoft Login"

If that didn't work please sign out on both Microsoft Store as well as Xbox App before attempting to launch the Minecraft launcher.

Seems like it's not recognizing the license for Minecraft Launcher but not with the game Minecraft itself.

Make sure that you have the license for Minecraft Launcher by clicking "Get" in this link and make sure that you're signed in under the correct account as well: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/minecraf...

Once done, sign out both on Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App then restart your PC before signing back in then downloading the Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store or Xbox App.

Did you install the Minecraft Launcher on Microsoft Store or Xbox App? If yes, kindly search "Minecraft Launcher" in any of both apps and then click "Get" for you to have the license for the Launcher then for you to play the game.
