Unable to sign in on any profiles!!!

Please help! I got the NXOE last night (even though I opted out of it but thats a tale for another day) and since the update completed I havnt been able to sign in to any profiles on my xbox. I press sign in, enter password, then nothing. A box comes up
like its loading but with no loading circle then eventually just gives up and goes right back to the home screen (or wherever i was when i tried to sign in). Any help would be appreciated because as of now I cant do anything with my xbox and its very frustrating

sign in problem

I am having trouble signing in to my profile on Xbox one. When clicking on sign in, it flicks back to home screen. I talked to a support person who worked through lots of things but none worked. last resort we deleted the profile, now i am unable to add
new profile. help any ideas on how to sign in to play my xbox one games?

 

Can't Connect to Live

I have been unable to sign into any profiles on my Xbox 360 that are set to sign into Xbox Live. I have tested the connection and the network connects to Live fine but when I try to sign into a profile it just gets stuck on the Signing in, no error messages
appear it simply sticks on the signing in screen. I have cleared cache files and even tried to delete then download my profiles to different storage devices only for the profile file download to also get stuck. Any time I try to cancel the download/sign in
the Xbox freezes completely. Anyone got any other suggestions? this is getting really frustrating

 

So now I factory reset my xbox to get the old dashboard back but of course it still has the NXOE on it and it wont let me add any new accounts so now im stuck in the same place but all my games are gone now...freaking great
