Unable to sign in my profile on series x console

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for reaching out, so far, I've been in contact with Xbox support on Twitter X but none of their recommendations have worked. Below is a list of things that I've tried so far:

• Removing the Xbox secondary MAC address, then do a restart of the console. While this is happening, I had restarted my router as well.
  
• Reset the Xbox while keeping apps and games.
  
• Full factory reset by holding down the eject and pair button on the console.
  
• Tried signing into my account using a mobile hotspot rather than the regular hotspot.
  

The last thing I did was a full reset of the console. Currently whenever I select add a profile on my console it pops up a loading window. This window showcases the loading animation then disappear without even prompting me for my email address.

NOTE: I've shared my experience with another friend that lives in Jamaica and he is experiencing the same signing issue. The issue seems to occur later in the day like around 4PM EST. In the morning/day before this time you can sign in and play games with no problem.

Also live in Jamaica and having this exact same issue. Only way I found to fix it was to Reset the console while keeping my games, and then Sign In using the Xbox Mobile App.

But after a week I started getting Error 0x808320003 and couldn't play any games. **** is pissing me off.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems logging into your Xbox account, the strange thing is that it doesn't let you log in only at night?

Could you give me more information about the problem you are experiencing so that I can provide you with better help? What message appears when you want to log in? Do you get any errors?

No not exactly how it works

So basically you will have to make his xbox one your home console and he can remain on his console and his profile to download your games and Xbox live

For your series x however doing this you have ro sign into xbox live to use your content

You cant change your home console more then 5 x a year

So it's best to sign I'm everyone online on your series x

Do you have another Xbox console set as your home console in your account?

Please, try these steps:

1. Sign out of your account on your Xbox Series X.

2. Go to the Microsoft account website and sign in with your account credentials.

3. Under the "Devices" tab, locate your Xbox Series X and click on "Manage".

4. Click on "Remove console" to remove your Xbox Series X from the list of devices associated with your account.

5. On your Xbox Series X, sign into your account again and try setting it as the home Xbox.
