Unable to sign in Minecraft Dungeon

According to Mojang:

"That’s good news! This error message tells you which Microsoft account the PSN ID is connected to. The solution is to sign in with the correct listed account. For example, in the image, you would sign in with the account MyOtherMSAccount where that “other account” is your other account name."

also also i can sign into MC Dungeons just fine but not Minecraft

So I went to my library, and the only things that were related to minecraft were the launcher and minecraft dungeons, no sign of minecraft for windows 10 there.

Still no luck with the problem, deleted those files but the other account is still there and did the in-place upgrade but no luck with that. when i try to sign in with the 'other' account it just signs me into my normal account. looks like something is seriously wrong with my account. i don't know if this will help but I'm able to launch the Minecraft launcher from the Xbox app and i can play Minecraft java and Minecraft windows but i am unable to play Minecraft dungeons and legends they get the same error message my other Xbox games get.
