Unable to sign in Microsoft Solitaire on iOS

I am unable to sign in on the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app on iOS (iPhone XS, iOS 14.5.1). When I click on the "Save your progress" button on the top right of the main menu, it pops up a window with the "Sign in" button. Everytime I click it it shows me the following message: "Sign in Error. We could not sign you in to Xbox Live... Error code 1170000.". With this I cannnot continue the progress made on my Windows 10 app, which is logged in to my Xbox Live account.

I already performed some steps still without success:

- Ensured Xbox Live is up and running

- Ensured latest version of the Microsoft Solitaire app is installed

- Ensured latest version of the Xbox app is installed

- Ensured I am logged in on the Xbox app.

Any help on this?

Login works with iPadOS 14.6 … I reinstalled it after Update.

Reboot your phone and see if you can then connect. I have seem this on phones consoles and pc alike

I am aware that xbox is aware of the problem but they told me that they have still not identified the cause

Hi, been checking daily. Yesterday, IOS 14.6 on my phone and I couldn’t log in.

Overnight, something has changed and today I’m able to log in and recover progress from the Cloud.

At last…

Yep same issue. It works on my 11 pro max; not on iPad Pro 2021. Guess which screen I would rather play on. Looking forward to a solution to this problem.
