Unable to sign in due to faulty network or Xbox One

Hi

I am unable to sign into Xbox Live with my account on the Xbox One.

Here is what happened,

I was playing an online game when suddenly it cut off on me and went back to the title screen, since it was something I thought was normal (Sometimes this happens every 3-5 hours probably) I tried to sign in again, but it refused. I then went to check my
network connection and it said I was not connected to anything, I connected to my wireless router again, signed into my account fine but it was rather slower then the last time, I then tried to log back into the game but it could not let me in, (Eventually
later it got to work after pressing start and waiting a few times) The next day, which is the day I posted this topic, the Xbox One had trouble trying to sign in to my account. I did the connection test, came out with "It's all good" After a minute, tried
again, and it still would not let me sign in. I then looked up on how to fix this from the errors I got, I did the solution where I delete my account from the Xbox and download it back after hard resetting it, but when I pressed "Add Account" It showed the
loading screen/circle and after about 2 minutes then it gave me an error code saying that the sign in services were not working or available, Possibly due to the faulty network. I eventually tried to power cycle the Xbox (Hard reset it and unplug the router
for 5 minutes) and it still did not work. I'm low on options now of how to fix this but I am positive it may have something to do with the network connection (Most) or the Xbox One (Least).

Details:

Download speed is less than 1 Mbps --- Upload speed is around 1 Mbps --- Packet loss is 1%

Xbox live store usually shows up much later, or not at all.

Still won't connect

Have any of you by chance that has been having this sign in issue tried it on another network? Such as a friends house? I just purchased an Xbox One and after setup I could never add an account due to never connecting to the services even though it showed
I was connected to the internet.

I just tested my console which we thought was faulty, on another network and it connected flawlessly. Just wondering if I am having the same issue most others are having or if it's something more specific to my own home.

I appreciate your reply. It turns out that your Xbox app is unable to connect to the Xbox server due to a network issue that's why you're unable to sign in. Having an error message, "Teredo is unable to qualify" wants to inform you that
your computer is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address which is needed to establish a secure connection between the Xbox app and to the Xbox server. In order for you to sign in, I recommend that you follow the solutions provided on this

link to fix your network issues on the Xbox app.

1. Please restart your router.

2. Please perform a system cache reset on your xbox: hold the powerbutton for about 15 sweconds and keep it holding even when the One shuts off after a few seconds. Wait till the power supply changed its colour to orange and then start the one again.

Please check if that fixes your issue.

If that does not fix it, please check if a wired connetion is working properly, just to sort out if your router/modem is working properly and to have your account reinstalled to your One.

If the wired connection is working and you have your account reinstalled please do a factory resst then.
