Unable to sign in at all

I have been unable to sign-in to my Xbox One S. First, it took so long to I sign in, idk why it happened. No issues with internet. I power cycled, I did all the suggested options for a solution. I then removed the account from the Xbox. When I tried to add it back, I would get the option to input my email and password, a grey screen would come up and then it just goes back to the original screen asking me to add a new account. The next thing I tried was doing a factory reset. After that was done, I tried adding the account, it doesn't even give me the option to put in my email and password. A grey screen comes up, with the green circle, and the I flashes back to the original screen, asking me to add an account. I dont know what's happening.

2. Double-check that you are entering the correct email address and password for your Microsoft account. A simple typo or credentials error may prevent the login process. You can try signing in to your Microsoft account using a web browser on another device to ensure the credentials are correct.

3. If possible, connect your Xbox One S to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot or a friend's Wi-Fi, to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your network or Internet connection.

When I get the vulture error all profiles on the console are unable to sign in. And the currently signed in profile is offline.

please fix that huge mistake.

I'm either unable to sign in, update required but not available or I can sign in but get the 8015000a code and unable to access anything. This is unacceptable,. I just renewed my Live subscription after a 6 month hiatus and will be canceling it for good
as this is no use at all to me.

as for the sign in issues, there was an issue on Friday 4 April affecting all xbox one users. This should now be fixed. If you are still having sign in issues try these fixes:
