    Unable to sign in AT ALL on Xbox One S and Windows 10 devices


    I just recently changed my Microsoft account password yesterday and for some reason afterwards, I couldn't sign in to my account at all, the prompt to enter my password did not appear, only the loading screens which would disappear and lead to nothing at
    all. Following this, I deleted my account from the device to troubleshoot the error, but when I tried to add my account, the same issue came back. I've followed numerous forum posts on here and I've completed 2 system reboots and checked my NAT status in hopes
    of being able to sign in again. Interestingly enough, I am also unable to sign in to the Xbox companion app on two Windows 10 devices. Hope I can get some answers as to why this is happening and much thanks in advance.

    P.S. Error code on Windows 10 device was 0x801901f4

    Why do I have to sign in everytime I played games on gamepass, I can't even play my game offline. Can I do something to solve this issue?

    What device are you using, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S or Windows 10/11?

    Unenroll old or unused devices from the Xbox Insider Program

    • Sign in on any Xbox One console or Windows 10 PC with your Microsoft account registered in the Xbox Insider Program.
    • Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    • In the Xbox Insider Hub, navigate to Settings > Manage devices.
    • Select the console (s) or device (s) you wish to remove from the Xbox Insider Program, then select Done.

    How can I log into Gamepass PC Beta with my Xbox Live email and not my main Outlook email?

    I assume you have 2 seperate accounts, the one with your Xbox Live email, and the outlook email.

    If you find that WPAK's advice does not help, then try signing into the windows 10 device (I assume you are on windows 10) with your Xbox Live email
    and see if that allows you to sign into the app with the correct account.
