Unable to Sign In and play Compatible 360 Games on my Xbox One?

This is an issue that started about a month ago for me. When it was first introduced, I had zero issues installing and/or playing backwards compatible games on my Xbox One. Now, every time I fire up a game, and it loads up the Xbox 360 game, I immediately
get the "disconnected from Xbox live" pop up, and I am unable to sign in.

Is this a known issue? I've searched around but haven't found anything. How can I fix this?

Getting signed out on backwards compatible Xbox 360 games(xbox one)

Every time I got to play an xbox 360 game on my xbox one s it signs me out of xbox live and I am no longer able to sign back in. So no games will save or am unable to play couch co-op on them.

I have tried deleting the 360 saves and clearing the cache(as suggested on Reddit) but its still the same.

Everything works fine with xbox one games its just the backwards compatible ones that sign me out.

Any help would be great

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

 

Hey man, im in the same situation but this has been happenijg for months now ive searched all over the web and gave up until recently when call of duty WAW came out lol if anyone can shed some light on this it would be a massvie help. I did read an article
saying if you put your console on a DMZ server on your router it works but if theres another way around it I'd love to know it

I have same issue. I'm trying to play Call Of Duty WaW and Call Of Duty Black Ops and my Xbox 360 Profile isn't connected in my Xbox One and I can't download it from xbox live. I've been searching for a solution but there is nothing on the internet.

To verify if you have 2-step verification you can head over to
account.microsoft.com and check under Security. If you have it enabled you'll need to sign in with a generated app specific password, You can also generate an app specific password from that security page. Let us know what you find

 

Hi Mister Maka, i checked to see if i have 2 step verification but i dont, and i dont even get as far as the 360 emulator asking for any passwords or details of any sort

 

Also having this problem...please help...

 

Try a factory reset on your router i tried this tonight and it works perfectly give it a go...
