Unable to sign in after password reset

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally see how this could be somewhat discouraging. I suggest

removing the account from the console, then redownloading it with your new password and email.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

I've reset the password but it is saying the same thing.

I have had the same problem with my sign on. Im asked to verify my information, it is all correct. I have changed my password there times and still Im unable to sign on. My Two Step password works fine. However after my password is reset i am still un able
to sign in, the information is rejected.

Hey there, have your parent try to sign in at
http://account.live.com and if they are unable to sign in, have them reset the password using the reset information they have for their account.
