Unable to share, like, comment Activities.

My account has it's Activity Feed frozen with read activities as unread. I'm also having issues with not being able to post comments, like activities, or share them. This has been this way for over 3 weeks now. I cannot delete comments made to my activities
or delete any shared activities as well. Please help restore my account back to it's proper functions.

Under Xbox One online safety, is Share Game Clips set to Allow? If so, try setting it to block, save it, then change to allow and save again. I don't know for sure that it's the privacy settings, but it seems like something account related since it's happening
in all 3 places

Are you getting an error code with the message?

 

Try performing a hard reset. Hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. Disconnect the power cord for 3 minutes as well. After several minutes plug it back in, then hit the power button again. It will start and
display the green start-up screen. All your data is preserved, but cache is cleared and some settings are reverted and log-in or game start issues should be resolved. To be thorough, I would also try signing out of your account then signing back in.

 

Other accounts function fine on my xbox, so I don't think it's xbox related.

 

I really need immediate help, my account has been this way for over 3 weeks now.

 

Can I get some Microsoft assistance? I'm referred here from the dispatchers and you guys don't even attempt to assist?

I have been having the exact same issue since late April. I can't like, share, or comment on the friend's feed. I created a second gamertag for testing purposes and it works fine, so it's not my console or network. I'm told it's an error associated with
the Preview Program, so I opted out, however it's not fixed. Need assistance please

take a look and remove you from the program if you still wish to be.
