Unable to share external HD captures on Xbox Live

    Hi Everyone,

I have chosen to make my game captures on Xbox One via an external USB drive - the game footage captures perfectly and from my PC I can share to OneDrive with no problems. How do I then share my captures to Xbox Live, using my PC?

I have moved some video files to the default capture location on my PC, where the Windows 10 Xbox app is looking for game captures, but the app can't recognise which game they came from, so refuses to let me share to Xbox Live.

If anyone could help me out, that would be awesome, as internet searches to resolve this issue are coming up with poor results so far, mostly dating back to 2014/15..!

    Thanks!

    :)
