Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for some insight as to what to do if you're unable to select that through the app.

I can understand how this could be mildly upsetting.

I would say that if you've already restarted your console already, then you might want to try again after perhaps soft factory resetting the console. You can do so by following the steps outlined in our How
to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and choose the option denoted
Reset and keep my games & apps. It's the factory reset that
does not uninstall your games/apps. Before you go ahead with that though, make sure you have good network settings and that you know the sign in info for any Gamertag you use all the time (as they will need to be redownloaded)

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

Are we talking about the menus on the xbox itself or online?

I have the Xbox 360S but everything shows up as if I have a xbox one.
