Unable to Set My Account As Home

I only have one xbox and there's only one account on it. When I clicked to Make It My Home Xbox, it will load, and it will ALWAYS say Couldn't save your changes, Something went wrong when we tried to save your changes. Please make your changes again. No
error number. I have restted my xbox to factory mode, brand new, and reinstalled my account many times, and each time, it never lets me.

Home Xbox and License Transfer

I have been trying to license transfer with my friend but every time I try to set up my home Xbox, it never works. I am unable to get his account as my home Xbox, so I can't play his games.

My Home Xbox

Hi, I have recently visited my brother and family and have signed into their xboxs using my account and set their xboxs as my home xbox so that i could play some of my games with them without knowing that you can only do so 3 times......Now that i am back
home and using my original xbox one i am unable to set it as my home xbox and so i was wondering if this can be reset so i can just set my original xbox one as my home xbox.

Then that is not the issue. Maybe just give it a few more hours and see if it resolves itself. If not contact
Xbox Support to see if there is something going on with your account.

I have the same problem and have waited over 2 days for it to resolve itself but it still comes up the same

Hello! you could try to delete your profile and reinstall it. Another option would be to do a hard reset.

Sorry for the issue with changing your home Xbox. We recommend rebooting your network hardware also. Sometimes hardware just needs to be rebooted due to internet providers doing updates to their equipment.
