    hello,

    I am not able to receive party chat invites and the invites I send aren't received. I have reset my modem and router multiple times but the issue continues.

    any help you can provid is appreciated.

    I'm not able to send or receive party invites right now. I have tried hard resetting my Xbox and internet to no avail

    Xbox is up and running except for friends lists and sending or receiving messages/party invites/ friend requests/private chat invites so on and so on.

    Hi there PattyOsullivan.

    Sorry to hear about the troubles you had with party invites! This issue should be cleared up, but if you're still running intro troubles please power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One shuts off. If you're

    Xbox app does not allow headset mic to be used in communication

    the Xbox app doesn't really support parties but support party chats. party chat is a message you send to your friends who want to join your party.

    here is how to work it. creat a party and located at the top is says invite select your friend who you want to invite they should receive a message all they have to do is click it and they will join.

    If they are unable to send messages, invite to parties or talk in a game.

    My friend does not receive any messages I send, invites, etc. I can receive his, but, when I accept his game invite it just says unable to join session, after 2 minutes. To get into a party, I have to start one, he has to restart his xbox, and then join
    my party via friends menu.
