    Hello Microsft / XBox, etc, I wonder if you can help us.

    It appears that the website https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/?xr=mebarnav is unable to provide your users (XBox) the ability to coomunicate via the official website and as many cannot TRANSLATE on the XBox, many have previously used the XBox Website & Google Translate
    to coomunicate with ine another. However, this no no appears to be on the website... at all.

    The ability to send messages no longer ceases to exist and therefore cannot speak to someone in French, Spanish, German, etc and by having Google Translate as I do, I cannot help other players by translating my messages for us to speak.

    For example.

    Me: Awesome Gamertag!

    Player 2: Moi Français (Me French)

    Me: *Google Translated* Gamertag génial (Awesome Gamertag)

    ---

    We would love to have this issue addressed as soon as possible as the website which I've linked used to have it but no longer does. I will provide you with my XBox Profile Link for you to trial it out and I hope this'll work.

    My XBox has made many recent updates that are roughly 546GB. Have Microsoft been making any actual changes to anything or minor treaks that don't really need treaking?

    It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

    I'm getting the same. When trying to send any messages via the xbox website. No problems with purchases or anything else on Live. Just messages.

    Thank you for reaching out! I see you are unable to send messages to your friends via the Xbox mobile app. Is this feature working for other mediums? Xbox Console? Xbox Website? You might also want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone.

    Xbox website only or are you unable to send messages from any of the methods? Xbox website, Xbox App on PC, and Xbox console. I would suggest going through the steps to see if your

    accounts reputation     is causing the issue. Follow the steps in the link to make sure that your reputation is not causing any issues.
