Unable to send messages for over a month

So for over a month now, every time I try to send a message, I get the message, "Because of your past behavior you can't send messages". I have check the enforcement page and it says, "Congratulations! You have a perfect record, .". I have check
my email accounts(s) and there is nothing from Xbox about being banned. I have called 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they can't help because "it's an enforcement issue", but they can't give me any information on how to contact enforcement. The person I talked to swore
there was an email address for them, but she didn't know it and couldn't find it. SIGH

Any ideas on what could be going on? It's very frustrating not to be able to send messages when I need to.

Messaging and party suspension without enforcement action

I'm unable to send messages over Xbox Live as it tells me I'm suspended, and my party error code tells me I'm unable to chat with some people. I don't have a message from Xbox Live telling me I'm suspended, and om the Xbox Enforcement website I do not have
an active suspension for messaging. The last suspension I had was November 29th and ended over a month ago.

I think this has been going for a week or so, but I can't be sure. I recently moved and have just gotten a TV and got my Xbox One hooked up. For the past week or two I've been unable to send messages via the Xbox App, so I figure this has been persisting
since then.

Before I moved, I was able to send messages and talk in party chat fine, and haven't gotten an enforcement action between then and now.

Is this a bug? Am I either suspended for something without being notified, or am I suffering enforcement by mistake?

Ever since the Xbox One servers have gone up I've had trouble with messages and other service problems on my Xbox 360. Yeah the One is great, but Microsoft, don't forget about the 360, in which I don't spend $60+ a year on service that requires me to try
10+ tries to send a message. This is absolutely ridiculous.

 

there was a new thing in place if i am right check your rep i beleive now if your rep is bad you cnt send messages now .. im sure one of the others guys will correct me if im wrong but im sure that is something if not a bad rep then you need to get someone
in a higher area to look into it

i have that same problem too and no one from microsoft seems tpo care about, even if you tell them that you have perfect score and reputation on enforcement site !

i pay my live, so i want to have a fully functional service please ! i think it should be possible to contact enforcement team directly. i do not have any case, so it is not possible to contact them...

Checking the enforcement page https://enforcement.xbox.com/home is the only way to reach the team. I am not aware of any other way of reaching out to them.

Okay this is confusing i just made a new account because im switching from PS4 to Xbox and now i cant send messages? (im planning to buy xbox one x, also im texting in pc)

 

That person you were talking to on the phone regarding an email for the enforcement team is a liar. There is no such email address, not even so much as a phone number that customer support can get for them. She probably just said that to try and get your
hopes up. Youll soon eventually learn that enforcement team is nothing but a bunch of people who will just blindly follow the code of conduct and not apply some common sense to their decision making. Its Microsoft/Xbox, they do whatever the hell they want
and get away with murder pretty much sometimes.....
