    Hello.

    So I recently went onto the xbox app in W10 and tried to send a message to a friend and got a message stating "Because of your past behaviour, you are unable to send messages".

    This account has been inactive for a while, and has no violations on the "enforcement" page. There is absolutely no reason why this ban should be in place to begin!

    It says that I am unable to send messages due to past behaviour.

    Can someone fix this for me please?

    "unable to send message", Perfect record according to enforcement.xbox

    So why am I unable to send messages. More specifically why does it say unable to send due to previous behaviour when trying to send a message on xbox.com, when I have a perfect record?

    Have you had a chance to check out
    Enforcement.xbox.com    ? All information on suspensions can be found there, which should help narrow down why you're seeing that message. Unfortunately Enforcement issues aren't supported here on the forums.

    Enforcement.xbox.com    ? All information on suspensions can be found there, which should help narrow down why you're seeing that message. Unfortunately Enforcement issues aren't supported here on the forums.
