    Unable to send messages and update profile


    I am getting the following message: "Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages." I haven't played online or messaged anyone for 5+ years and primarily use the console for Netflix and Hulu. I don't even remember the last time I purchased a Gold
    subscription. I've never been banned or reported and there is no reason I should be. I checked my Enforcement History and it says "Congratulations! You have a perfect record", so there is not an option to submit a Case Review. Can someone help me with
    this or point me in the right direction?

    I can't send massages to anyone

    Ever since the clubs update was released i can't send messages to anyone, people can still send messages to me but i am unable to send messages to them every time i try to it keeps saying 'message failed to send'.

    Since the latest update I cannot send messages via the app on my iPad and neither can my mum on her iPad, we both get:

    Unable to send message

    However I can send a message via the website.

    What exactly prevents you from sending messages? Do you get an error message?

    Or are you unable to compose the message before sending it?

    Are you able to go to the Xbox.com website and then signing into your account, and use the message options on your
    profile page on Xbox.com?
