    Unable to send messages after sending only one to a friend


    I very rarely send messages to people, I send at max 1 message to 1 friend a day however, after I sent one to a friend today, I discovered that all they messages I tried sending to him afterward failed. I haven't been banned or suspended (I never talk to
    anyone but my friends over xbox) and have tried the steps on the support page but they haven't helped, please help it you can.

    I am currently trying to send a message to my friends in the party (My mic is broken) and it says unable to send message I know Live has been having troubles with servers today but I though that was fixed I reset my xbox and my internet (I am xbox live gold)
